Troy is a physiotherapist with 28 years of experience helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier, more active lives. He grew up in Hants County and now calls Falmouth home. Troy believes that staying active is one of the best ways to prevent injuries, recover well, and support overall wellness.
Since graduating from Dalhousie University’s School of Physiotherapy in 1997, Troy has stayed committed to ongoing learning. He’s completed advanced training in manual therapy, concussion management and exercise prescription. Over the years, he’s also worked in sports physiotherapy, supporting athletes at the university level, Canada Games, and even World Championships.
These days, Troy is especially interested in the bigger picture—longevity, wellness, and how people can take an active role in their own care. He works one-on-one with clients to create personalized plans that focus on long-term health, mobility, and quality of life.
