Lori is certified in all levels of traditional and auricular acupuncture, has all levels of manual therapy and has taken specialised courses in treating headaches, neck pain, as well as injuries resulting from whiplash, golf and running.
Lori has advanced training in vestibular rehabilitation for individuals who suffer vertigo, dizziness and balance issues. She is also a certified yoga instructor and often incorporates this into her practice when prescribing home exercises. Lori believes that exercise is the best medicine and that the body is meant to be active.
Outside of work she spends time with her family and enjoys the outdoors by hiking, running, kayaking, trail biking, camping, cross country skiing, snowshoeing and attending fitness and yoga classes. Lori strives to help every patient attain their optimal level of function by providing individualised treatment plans to meet their goals.

Jacqueline’s professional interests are with orthopaedic conditions and has taken post graduate courses in manual therapy, acupuncture, vestibular rehabilitation, and breastfeeding-related conditions (such as breast pain, inflammation and blocked ducts).
Her main goal is to provide in-depth and individualized treatment to assist with achieving personal goals.

About Sophie
Throughout her physiotherapy training, Sophie has gained experience and developed a strong interest in pelvic health, injury rehabilitation, among many others. She is committed to ongoing professional development and plans to gain expertise in pelvic health, vestibular rehabilitation, manual therapy and trigger point dry needling through future courses.
In her free time, Sophie enjoys exploring all that the Valley has to offer, and keeps busy with yoga, pilates, and is working on developing her curling and golf skills – two sports that are new to her. She also enjoys visiting local markets and looks forward to finally having the time to read books instead of studying them!
Sophie is looking forward to working with you to and provide individualized, patient-centred care, with a focus on the whole person.

Suzanne is a Registered Massage Therapist with over 18 years of experience helping clients manage pain, reduce stress, and improve physical function through massage therapy. Known for a professional and results-oriented approach, she tailors each session to meet the specific needs and goals of every client. A graduate of the Canadian Collage of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2007, Suzanne is certified in techniques such as Swedish massage and deep tissue therapy. She also has training in prenatal massage allowing for a wide range of treatment options. Prior to her career as a massage therapist, Suzanne worked as a dental assistant in a periodontal clinic before taking time off to raise her children. Suzanne has worked with a diverse clientele, including athletes, office professionals, and individuals recovering from injury. Whether the goal is recovery, stress relief, or performance improvement, she focuses on providing effective, evidence-based care in a comfortable setting.
