How massage therapy helps
Massage therapy is a very effective way to treat many physical ailments, including back pain, whiplash, sciatica and more. Through the manipulation of soft tissue, it enhances the function of joints and muscles, improves blood and lymph circulation, and helps relieve stress and pain.
We have registered massage therapists on staff, with extended evening hours to fit around your work day.

What to expect
Your first appointment is typically one hour. It includes a physical assessment and medical history so your therapist understands what's going on, followed by hands-on treatment. Follow-up visits can be 30, 45 or 60 minutes, depending on what your therapist recommends for your condition.
Massage therapy works well alongside physiotherapy: our therapists work as a team, so if you're seeing both, your treatments support each other.
